Specs:
OS: Windows 7 64 Bit
CPU: i7 3770k
MOBO: Asus Maximus V Formula
Mobo BIOS: unknown
PSU: Corsair 860 AX
VGA: EVGA GTX 660 Ti
RAM: 16GB G Skill
Only recently after playing league of legends my screen went completely black and forced me to shut it down via the case on/off button.
Attempting to turn it on again I kept getting a black screen, no post screen no nothing.
Believing it was a GPU error, I used an alternative GPU (same model but a non ti version) and I was able to get the republic of gamers logo, plus the post screen BUT only for it to go on a constant loop...
After panicking slightly, I immediately turned to google for answers. I came across someone else with a similar problem who was told to press the clear CMOS button and they said it worked. I tried, but to no avail. (hence why i've put bios unknown...)
Believing I could resolve everything with a fresh clean install of W7, (after installing everything - came the restart) and i'm back to square one again with the constant loop.
I've attached a link to youtube for my actual problem.

I apologise for the poor quality video, but i think its enough for you to understand what the problem may be...
Also, no video editing tools to rotate the video
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
