Should I use the thermal paste that came with my Swiftech H220?

The title says it all. I just bought a Swiftech H220 and it came with a tube of thermal paste. Should I use that one, or is there a better compound out there? Thanks in advance.

Yes there is better out there But is it worth the extra cash? In my opinion no it is not worth the extra cost for 1-2°C drop in temp. go with what they supplied.

Agreed. It's not worth the extra cash, so just stick with the stock. The best ones are these: IC-Diamond 7, Arctic MX-4, Arctic Silver 5.
