With your budget you won't be able to get an i7 with a 650ti, this is the build I got with an i5-3570 and a GTX 650ti 1GB (You can get a GTX 650ti 2GB for about $15-20 more dollars). If you want to overclock your CPU you can go with the i5-3570k for $10-20 dollars more.

Could you make a amd version build and bench it against the current intel/navidia build, if this helps I will be playing games such as
-Dayz Standalone
-Arma 3
-and arma 2 oa

I NEED at least 60-70 + Fps
Right now, I'm pretty sure there is no specs for the DayZ standalone. But this build will handle ArmA 2: Op Arrowhead and ArmA 3. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1cuWl
So the amd cpu is "better" also would you recomend staying with the gtx 650 ti boost or moving to a radion gpu?
Yeah, but I like Intel more cause its more reliable and I'm not really a fan of Radeon GPUs. If you want a cheaper build, go with the AMD, if you want to spend a little more money, get the Intel build. Overall both of the builds are good and will run the games on high settings.
