Power supply dieing?

One of my computers recently started intermittently powering down without warning. Sometimes this would happen within minutes of of starting, and at other times it may take an hour or two to happen.

I decided to try testing the voltages with my voltmeter and am showing that several of the pins on my 24 pin motherboard connector are operating outside of their operating specs.

I have multiple +5V pins that are randomly dropping down to ~3-3.4V, which I believe is below the tolerance.

My question is this, would this drop in voltage on a few pins indicate a dieing power supply and possibly be the cause of my random powering down?

I've been running this system for almost 3 years without issue, and I went several hundred watts beyond what I needed when I purchased the power supply.

Thanks for any help you can give me!
