I have an Hp Pavilion Slimline S5-1204 Desktop pc. It runs Windows 7 Home Premium and I was wondering if there was a few ways I could improve the performance besides the other things that I do. I downloaded process explorer to see why SVChost.exe was using so much cpu power. Apparently it's just all of Windows' services like the things that you need to have to keep your system running. I changed my Virtual Memory to 8000mb and I am wondering if there are anymore tweaks I can do to make everything run faster. I have about 1/2 of my hard drive space free if that helps at all. I use this computer on a wired connection and I turned off the extra stuff in the background like the effects when you minimize and the other junk. Also I turned off the Aero theme for Windows 7. I don't know what else I can do I use glary utilities, avg, and malwarebytes please any help would be appreciated.
