Ok so at work we have an Epson TM88-III printer for the kitchen orders. It stopped recognizing the paper because some little piece inside of it isnt touching the paper enough. Anyways, we replaced the printer with another that we had laying around.

The replacement printer isn't taking orders. Could this be because the printers use different ports? If so How do i change the port because Windows XP Wont let me. I tried to redownloading drivers, etc. nothing is working.

Thanks

Sorry for the late reply I was out of the city. I uninstalled the old drive and reinstalled it. However there are about 3-4 printers connected to the computer. The TM88 III kitchen printer is the only one connected wirelessly. The default one is an HP Deskjet that prints 8x11s and there is another EPSON TM88 connected physically that prints customer receipts. Both the receipt and the HP Deskjet work fine.

The Epson TM 88 III for the kitchen receipts is the one not working. About two weeks ago we replaced it (The old one broke and we had this one laying around) so we plugged it but it is not taking signal from the computer.
