This is going to be my first of build so I am wondering, will this be able to play games with med-high graphics at a good frame rate? Games like CoD, Minecraft, TF2 and some other steam games and maybe bf. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1ckYX ~also, what fps would it most likely run at?

Solution
ingtar33 has a better build, since it offers the same performance gpu-wise but it allows the option to overclock and has double the storage.
Here's a few tweaks:

Well its quite a good build, but for around $20 more you can get the Gigabyte Radeon HD 7870 2GB to get more performance out of it.

you'll never overclock that motherboard. so down the road you might regret it. you're also paying too much for a 7850... you can get those or the 650ti BOOST for like 130 these days. I would do it like this...

saved you $30 and got you an air cooler, superior mb and a bigger hard drive; you'll be able to overclock this machine properly now... and really get the most out of your $$

The thing about the video card 'HIS Radeon HD 7850' falls in performance : Just a bit though, but the temperature is cooler than others.

Here's the review page if you want to read it, a lot more benchmarks on it too.

it isn't an IceQ; really we're talking about a $500-$600 build, i think this is just fine, spending 40-70 more dollars on a gpu with the same "number" is nonsensical when you're under the constraints of a tight budget for a few extra fps. There isn't another 2gb gpu within $50 of that one. Its an insane sale, and helps him round out his build by improving the quality and features he's getting and at the same time saving him a little cash.

-CAS 9 RAM compared to the CAS 11 on the patriot one.
-Better case.

Solution

Not sure... but after looking around on the net i found a roughly comparable setup and it's fps in this game on full graphic candy at 1080p... seemed to pull around 40fps. Not sure how much better you'll do, seems there is some sort of memory leak or fault in the games code that makes it harder on systems then it should (even intel setups seem to struggle a bit with this game). That said this game is playable on an a10-5800k... so i'd say this system will manage just fine.
