Upgraded to Richland A10- Random Reboots with no BSOD.

Recently I finished an AMD A6 build. It ran fine but didn't have enough performance for what I wanted to do. So I purchased an AMD Richland A10. Installed it and got random reboots under gaming loads. I can play League of Legends and Minecraft and Emulations but once I get into some WoW, Sleeping Dogs, GTA IV borderlands 2 I get a random reboot with no BSOD, minidumps, and the only event logged is a Kernel-Power error that says the shutdown was unexpected-- what gives?

So I know what you're thinking: Temps right? Wrong.
Here's a list of everything i've tried so far.
Updated BIOS, Chipset, Ethernet, and Windows.
Next I upgraded to a HUGE HSF and under load i'm at 40 C
Then I ran memtest for two hours and no dice.
Then I upgraded my power supply.
Added more fans to my case.
Checked to see if I was overloading a rail.
Turned off OC Genie and Turbo Core
Updated AMD Catalyst control drivers
Ran a virus scan.

My specs:
MSI FM2-A75MA-E35
AMD RICHLAND A10 6800K 4.2 GHz
350 GB SeaGate HDD
Samsung DVD Drive
Diablotek 650 W PSU

Any help is appreciated.

I've tried out the Seasonic 650W PSU while at the shop working on it and I still got the reboot so i figured I'd put off dropping that $100 on upgrades until i get this figured out.

what are you voltages and clocks at? no BSOD could mean vcore voltage is too low, BSOD when due to a cpu is often due to NBcore, so if your certain its a cpu problem id look into that, also does your motherboard use a 4 pin or 8 pin cpu power? if your pulling toomuch power from the motherboard like lots of fans, or cards that dont use extra power from the psu then that power is being pulled from the motherboard. and could be causing you problems.

most likely case though is that the psu could be faulty, or something is over heating on your motherboard. Shut offs with no BSOD happen when something is overheating, so the computer shuts off to save the hardware, do you have adequate air flow and cooling? are you overclocking on stock fan? i know you dont think its over heating but i would still run a prime95 blend and keep an eye on your mobo temps in hwmonitor just to rule that out.
