Hi,

I need to see the specifics of one of my hard drives' SMART status and I can't! I've tried WD's Data Lifeguard Diagnostic, PC Wizard and WindowSMART and on all three I get no data or "SMART status unknown" for all of my 4 internal drives.

I'm don't have a RAID volume setup, BIOS SMART monitoring is enabled and runs fine on startup... the problem is no Windows SMART utility seems work.

I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. My mobo is an Asus M2N32-SLI Deluxe which uses a NVIDIA nForce 590 SLI MCP chipset and a Silicon Image I3132 SATA controller. My drives are all WD: one 750GB Caviar Blue, two 2TB Greens (one with 32MB of cache, the other with 64MB) and an old WD2500KS.

External USB drives have no problem delivering their respective SMART data to Windows.

Any ideas?

Thanks!
