hi, can i max out all games (except bf3 MP) with this rig? (resolution: 1366x768)

CPU: i5 3350p
MOBO: asus p8b75LE
GPU: palit gtx 660 OC 2gb
RAM: kingston predator 8gb 1600mhz
PSU: antec neo 520W eco (40A on 12V rail)

Yes you can max out every game (even bf3 multiplayer and crisis 3) with that rig.
In fact I think the gpu is an overkill for that resolution. All you need to max out games at that resolution is a hd 7750 or a gtx 650..

You can max out any titles at 1366*768 ( bf3 MP included ) but Crysis3 with that setup. Crysis3 will be playable in high/ultra only, but the different in image quality isn't significant after all, especially at this screen resolution. So there's nothing to worry about.

i have an xfx core edition 7750 1GB DDR5......my resolution is 1366x768
can i play next gen games??
hopefully ultra?

Well I meant most games.....Of course there are a few exceptions like crysis 3, the Witcher 2 and Company of Heroes....

well....i am ri8 now playing crysis 3 at ultra....works like a charm
based on this conception i predicted i will be able to play next gen games..........crysis 3 can be compared with next gen graphics!!:D

Yes you might be playing crisis 3 @ ultra with hd 7750 @ 768p I bet you aren't getting 60 fps :p......Are you?:heink:

i didnt record it with fraps...il let u know when i do it
m pretty happy with it...it is definitely playable smoothly...spending extra bucks for a 7870 or 7970 just for higher fps doesnt suit me...
as you said...i can pull off at 1366x768...m happy with that

Well.. I cannot guarentee Crysis 3 and Far Cry 3, because they are very much graphically intense. But other than that, you can max out every game that is on the market right now.

Nice and well balanced build. A good build, I would say.

Anyways but if you are planning to upgrade to a 1080p monitor in the future, then you should go with the FX 6300 + 7950 instead. It would cost you the same but would offer much better 1080p performance.

If you are sure that you are going to stick to this resolution, then go for this build. It is a very good build indeed.

i played crysis 3 and farcry3 at ultra....
ghost recon gave me 40fps avg:D
no lags at all.......i have fx 8350 and xfx 7750 core edition

Second that. That card woudl be able to handle any game really at that resolution.
