May I suggest:
I base all my information on US, this configuration and the price is approximate. (750 US Dollar)

CPU: Intel Pentium G2020 2.9Ghz, $65

Motherboard: MSI ZH77A-G43 (U may also use a H61/B75 chipset mother board,it depends), $85

Memory: Team Dark Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) , $55

Hard Drive: WD Blue WD5000AAKX (500GB, 7200RPM), $60

Video Card: SAPPHIRE 100355-1GOCL Radeon HD 7850 1GB , $155

Power Supply: COOLER MASTER eXtreme Power Plus RS-550-PCAR-E3 550W , $60

Computer Case: COOLER MASTER Elite 431 Plus RC-431P-KWN2, $45

I think $500 US is enough for game, If u want, u can upgrade your CPU to i3/i5 series, or add a SSD drive.
