which cooler is better for overclocking and low noise

i have gigabyte gtx 780 refernce

and i want to buy one of these
1_Arctic Accelero Hybrid VGA Cooler
2_Arctic accelero xtreme cooling iii

i know one of them water cooler and the other air cooler but plz need ur help ?

I'd say the water cooling, I dont see the point in spending that much and getting air again. your best bet would be to spend a hair more and get a full waterblock and a rad and pump
