My parents have an HP desktop and they are constantly having small issues on how to do things. The are not very computer literate so I need to set their computer up so I can log on from my home and help them fix problems and help walk them through how to do things ... What is the easiest way to do this. Can someone walk me through the steps of setting up remote access?
