Hi,

I'm stumped about this issue I'm having with a Ubee DDW 3611 Wireless Modem/Router. The wifi works fine but when I plug my PC into a wired port the internet doesn't work at all. The really odd thing is that I have a network of Voip phones hooked up to a router that is hooked into the LAN port on the device and all those are working fine. It's not much but here's an ipconfig readout of the issue:

As you can see the wifi functions fine but the wired lan doesn't retrieve anything info. Disabling the wifi and running the ipconfig produces the same info (sans the wireless card's info). Any help is appreciated.

Solution
your ethernet card DHCP is disabled. enable it in your Local area connections, Internet Protocol, check "obtain an IP address automatically".
