which is the best performing processor of 2nd to 4th gen. for multitasking ranging 10000 to 15,000 Indian rupees. I have to watch HD movies and surf net 24*7 . During net surfing many tabs (20-30) open, so I want strong processing for dealing with this.

generally speaking the gain in performance from one generation to the next is about 7-10%, so try going with the newest u can afford, also which motherboard do u have and do u plan on buying a motherboard too?
