*Sorry if this is in the wrong thread, I wasn't sure which would be the right one for this issue*

I received all of my computer parts (from NewEgg) yesterday, and assembled them. I did an external build, first, and all seemed fine. Then when I put everything together in the case, turned it (and the Power Supply) on, nothing happened. Absolutely nothing. I triple checked the wires, and they seemed correct, so I don't know what I could have done wrong.

That little power switch on the back of the power source, flip that and then try again. Sometimes I forget to re switch my PSU and I get mad at myself :)

Everything looks fine. You did a test build before, so it should all be working well. Make sure CPU power is connected, and once again flip that little switch on the back of the PSU!

Let me clarify, no fans are spinning?

Ensure you are using the proper 4 pin power connecters for the CPU power and not the 6+2 that is needed for the GPU.
Ensure that your CPU fan is plugged in to the MB header.
If you can take a pic of your hooked up MB that would help

I have a 4+4 slot in my Mobo, and a 4+4 cord that fits in it, so I have been using that.
This was the best picture I was able to get (sorry):
