Download software from Sharp website for XE-A22s cash register. Download and install successful but can't open the software to program register. Get an error message " Run time error 75" "Path/file access error"

Any suggestions? have uninstalled and reinstalled software twice

You likely need administrative rights to execute the program. Right click on the shortcut or executable and select "Run as administrator"

If that does not work, look at the permissions on the folders that it installed to, verify that the account launching the register tools has access to those folders.

How do I find and locate the drives for this software. I keep getting a error message that the driver is not install. I can work with the software on my computer but when I sync with the cash register I get no connection.

Drivers are typically for hardware, and most cash registers do have a simple driver to activate the solenoid or actuator that opens the register tray. If that is what is missing you should contact Sharp for the URL to download the appropriate one.
