So I need to replace my second / gf's PC's CPU fan since its quite noisy and just cable tied on. Im looking to spend as little money as possible while trying to still get 'some' improvement over the stock cooler.

Option 1: Coolermaster Vortex 211Q , RR-V211-15FK-R1 , low-profile design , aluminum base+fin with 2x HDT copper heatpipes ( Heatpipe Direct Touch ) , rifle bearing 94mm fan , 1500rpm , 27.5CFM , 20dba - for intel LGA775/1155/1156
- Since I will most likely end up switching in my current i3 in a year or so into that while keeping the Hyper 212 I am buying soon for my i3 for my upgrade.

Option 2: Coolermaster Blizzard T2 , RR-T2-22FP-R1 , dual-loop circular heatpipe design with HDT/DCH+CDC ( Continuous Direct Contact + Direct Contact Heatpipes ) , aluminum fin with 2x copper heatpipes , rifle bearing 92mm fan , 2200rpm , 43CFM , 30dba - for intel LGA775/1155/1156 , amd s754/939/940/AMx/socket-F(1207)/FM1
- Same price .

Option 3: Coolermaster X Dream for Intel lga1155/1156/775 , copper base+ aluminum fin - for intel LGA775
- this is half the price ... just scared I will actually be downgrading from the current cooler. Dunno Why.

anyone can give a recomendation ?

Solution
TX3 is a great stock replacement that will perform much better, be alot quieter and it's small enough to fit in most oem cases

Its a Zalman T2 ... so not too big. Again i want a cheap cooler. So another Hyper 212 wont work. Not willing to fork out that much. I live in south africa so we have a limited variety and the prices are way more than what people in the USA and EU have.
