poblems after overclocking 7970 vapor-x

hi guys i im getting really frustrated after overclocking my graphics card until 1200/1580 she faild whit vddc at about 1.247 then i got to 1180/1580 with tha same vddc and reboot, evrything was fine with (heaven benchmark) but when i´ve try to play bf3 i get some parts of the map green ????!!! i even got my car to default but the problem is still there.
please help me thanks

i´ve unclocked the card to 1050 /1500 and the problem is still there ;( but ive in the stressing program i can overclock it to a certain point 1200/1600 vddc 1.247 anything more than tha she starts crashing and some scratches apar in the screen but i think thats normal.
could the problem be in the software of the game(like i need to reinstall)

well unfortunatly i was wrong the problem is still there o i just tested the wrong map
im using catalyst13.4 but i´ve tried 13.6 the problem only apears in big maps, and specifically to the rocks, dirt ,water ,mountains and grass.
