Approximate Purchase Date: e.g.: this week

Budget Range: 700 (try for less, please :) )

System Usage from Most to Least Important: gaming, architecture software (autocad, revit, some rendering, sketchup pro)

Are you buying a monitor: No

Parts to Upgrade: cpu, mobo, ram, GPU, PSU, HD (basically, all but case+monitor+keyboard+mouse)
Do you need to buy OS: no

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: newegg, amazon, or anything local in new york city

Parts Preferences: must be geforce GPU, infact, i'd like it to be the 760

Overclocking: no

SLI or Crossfire: in the future (psu & mobo must support/be ready for)

Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1200

Additional Comments: i had the parts picked out on newegg when they had a free 8gb ram with a few motherboards, now that i missed that, i have no idea what motherboard, ram, or even cpu to get, though i'm not fond of intel (too pricy for the power)
And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: window of oportunity.
