question : FPS got low ever though i have 16 GB ram ?

hey guys!
i bought a new laptop that has :
16 GB RAM
core i7
VGA 2 GB
windows 8
anyway, when i first tried to play league of legends in it the FPS was 60
but after 2 days if got lower to 30
even though i didnt download much programs
So can someone help me with that?

nevermind guys
i found the problem
its that the battery option was on power saver i switched it to high performance and its all awesome now! :D

i made all the video sitting very low .. but its still the same
should i replace it ? maybe there's something wrong with the laptop it self
