Is there a way you can put two SSDs in Raid 0 (both 32 gb at SATA 3) and then use the combined drive as a ssd cache? If this is possible, will it be possible with this SSD? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... There is also an Adata ssd, but I'm not familar with Adata. Is Adata reliable?

I'm trying to wrap my head around the use case for this that answers the question of why?

Why this overly complicated setup instead of 128GB SSD and large spinning HDD?

From a cache stand point, raiding the cache drives would actually slow you down over a single larger ssd. By raiding you gain sequential transfer rates (almost double) but lose access time which is what you want your cache to have.
