Transferring ownership of windows 8

So I've sold this computer, and the new owner is picking it up Sunday.

Currently, when I turn it on, I have to log into my Microsoft account.

How do I go about making it so he logs into HIS Microsoft account when he turns this computer on? I don't want him, and I'm sure he doesn't want to, have to use MY Microsoft username / password every time he turns the system on.

Of course I'll be giving him the oem dvd and it's product key.

Thanks in advance

You can install with a local account and password. If he wants to reinstall with his MS ID, he can go for it.

If you do not see the option for Local Account, enter a bad MS ID and password. It will then prompt you create a local account.
