I'm building a pc right now. I have a Maximus VI Extreme motherboard. I've put one gtx770 into PCI E slot, but there is a 6 pin connector next to the slot on the motherboard. DO I NEED TO CONNECT IT? I've already connected one 6 pin and one 8 pin connectors to the graphic card itself.

Any idea???

That's for additional power in case needed, can try without, though if you have the additional connector can just go ahead and hook it up

So now I have one 770, does it mean I don't need it ? If I have two 770s, then I should connect it, right?

Thanks man

If needed yes, or as said can plug in now, won't hurt, especially if you want to OC the GPU

It's not necessary, but it won't hurt to plug it in.

Is there a difference between CHA fan, OPT fan? I have a corsair 900d, and it's got a lot of fans. Can I connect those randomly or is there a specific process?

I have a Seasonic PSU. There are two connectors on one PCI cable. IT's kinda messy if one hang there over the motherboard.
