3 boards, which to buy?

Solution
I would also go with the Asus board. Because:
1st - I had lots of trouble with MSI in the past and I will never put them on my buy list ever again.
2nd - Asus mobos have thicker PCBs than Gigabyte , making them more durable and they could sustain a heavier CPU cooler without bending.
I've always gone with Asus myself. I find their bios easiest to work with, and the one time I had an issue with a board, their service was amazing. That said, you've chosen almost identical boards, and I'm sure you'll be happy with either of those. Good solid companies on all 3.
