Windows 7 updates wont turn off??

Can someone terll me how to turn off the updates, looks like after updating they will not turn off??

Np. I don't recommend it... But you can go to the control panel, windows updates, change settings and turn them off or schedule them there.

Typically even if you install all "important" updates there may be other updates available that won't show up until previous versions have been installed. I would continue to install them (on new machines it can take a few hours to complete the entire process) until it doesn't prompt you to install any more.

Weird I install all import updates and still can't turn off the updates, not sure if this is something new, never had an issue before..Well thanks for your response on this matter, much appreciated...
