Should I change the PSU for something cheaper? I would like at least a little headroom for OC'ing.

Also, should I switch the Mobo out for something cheaper?

Says ya need 670 watts

I think a TX750 (or XFX Core Edition) will do ya just fine as long as ya not looking for the very highest overclocks ..... but ya not going to see them anyway with the EVGA models .... look to Asus, Gigabyte, MSI for the highest OCs

Try a Cooler Master Silent Pro M 700W or XFX 750W. Should be cheaper and still perform well enough for your build.

Can't go for the others, stepping up from a free 650 Ti boost and I'm buying an identical model. I'll also change the cooler on the CPU with a high end Phanteks model.

I might change the GPU coolers with aftermarket sets.

OCZ Fatal1ty 750W is currently $60 after rebate and should fit the bill.
