What does that mean that it haves 12v rail and this with more headroom ? Not pro in this stuff :p

12v rails is the type of connectors and how it gets power, they have single, double, and triple rails which are decreasing in efficiency. As for head room I meant that if you want say a bigger gpu you would need more wattage, so with more wattage off the bat you dont have to worry about that.
