my components are:
i3-2100 sandy bridge (not overclocking)
ECS H61H2
8gb corsair vengence (2x4gb)
GeForce GTX 560 SE
Seagate Barracuda 250GB 7200 RPM
Diablotek EVO RPA-6170 Black

the newegg power estimator told me around 392 w (not including fans or leds) but i heard its always best to clear it with some experts too. this is a budget build btw. thanks in advance

ps: if u wanna make any suggestions on the build to, feel free (as long as they dont add on to the price too much :)  )

Based on all of the components you've listed your power consumption should be less than 275 Watts.

For a system using a single GeForce GTX 560 SE graphics card NVIDIA specifies a minimum of a 450 Watt or greater system power supply that has a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 24 Amps or greater and that has at least two 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors.

Total Power Supply Wattage is NOT the crucial factor in power supply selection!!! Total Combined Continuous Power/Current Available on the +12V Rail(s) rated at 45°C - 50°C ambient temperature, is the most important factor.
