Hello,
I want to build a low-cost 8 core computer with gaming capability (AS creed 3, battlefield etc), I also use this computer for multi-tasking programming (eclipse, dreamweaver, visual studio etc) so this is what comes up to my mind :
- AMD Vishera FX-8320 3.5Ghz Cache 8MB 125W AM3 [Box] - 8 Core - FD8320FRHKBOX
- ASRock 980DE3/U3S3 (AM3 /AM3, AMD 970FX, USB3, SATA3)
- Seagate 500GB SATA3
- V-GeN DDR3 PC12800/1600Mhz 4GB x 2 (DUAL CHANNEL)
- Digital Alliance Radeon HD7750 1GB DDR5 128BIT
- Power Logic Armageddon Gaming AK3 PSU 550W
- Samsung DVDRW 22X SATA
Total Budget : (+-) $500
However, i dont have any experience in building a desktop, so there are a view things i want to ask :
1. What do you think about my build?Is the desktop ready to be used for working and gaming (i dont include sound card and fan)?
2. Do you have better idea for VGA, motherboard and power supply? Someone told me that my power supply's power is not 550w, because i got it from the casing, is it true? can i run this PC with just a "Power Logic Armageddon Gaming AK3 PSU 550W"?
3. Do you have any better build, with (more or less) the same price as my build? Please kindly tell me if you have
Sorry for giving much question, i really loack of experience but i want to learn to build a desktop for my self.
Any help is appreciated (well i really need your help now)
