I'll be getting SLI GTX 780, There won't be a air cooler for CPU, only a AIO 220M water cooler for CPU.

More about : planning gtx 780 sli market cooler stock

If getting aftermarket, you need great case airflow, as all aftermarket coolers exhaust into the case. If you have no fans whatsoever in your case, then you shouldn't get anything but reference.

CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: NZXT Kraken X60 98.3 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
Thermal Compound: Prolimatech PK-1 5g Thermal Paste
Motherboard: Asus SABERTOOTH Z87 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1866 Memory
Storage: Samsung 840 Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Disk
Case: Fractal Design Define XL R2 (Black Pearl) ATX Full Tower Case

I'll be getting new fans for the NZXT Kraken, and also for the case side, front and botom and back fan.

You should be fine getting just stock. This Gigabyte is a nice GTX 780 http://amzn.to/19lCbpY for the price.

To be honest, I think that OP should consider a custom WC loop. Judging by the fact that he/she is purchasing nearly $1500 worth of GPUs, I am assuming that OP is not super short on money (although I guess I can't assume things). If they have $400 or $500 to spare, they could easily (depending on their case) get a custom loop just for the GPUs with a 360mm high-FPI rad, as their case is a huge full-tower.
