My computer is pretty much done...and it's super silent. Just like a faint wisper when it's on right next to me.
Enter my two HDDs. Just installed them. They're Seage Baracudas 3tb, which I got for sale. I read that they often are defective, and I've always thought that WD is perhaps better.
They're loud. By far the loudest thing in my system.
Do I need to RMA? Should I switch to another HHD? I need 6tb of storage. I'm thinking about swithcing to WD green.
Any suggestions?
