Can My PC run 450w Power Supply

My Pc Specifications and my PSU specifications are given below

I3 3220 PROCCESOR
HD 5450 CARD
WD 1TB BLUE 7200RPM HDD
1X4GB 1333MHz RAM
1 DVD RW NORMAL 22X
INTEL DH61O MOTHERBOARD

PSU - Cooler Master Thunder 450W

How much actual wattage does the thunder 450W produces. (some guys say that the psu is not 100% efficient))

I think you're over-thinking it. As long as it has the right connections for your mobo, it should be compatible.

Cooler MAster PSUs are not very reliable, get one from Antec/Corsair/Seasonic around the same wattage

Hi - Yes that PSU is sufficient to run that system. The 5450 doesn't require much
power. Coolermaster doesn't enjoy a good reputation for PSU's, but
I don't see any reason why the Thunder 450 would be a problem.
