# 1 would be #5 The Rock, great Board....Would then look to the GB, followed by the Asus mobos, and just ignore the MSI (I won't touch their mobos, Qc and support is the worst)

It's not an easy choice. All those boards should be pretty decent for overclocking. I myself prefer ASRock or Asus boards. I had my 3570K oc'd to 4.8 ghz without issue on my Z77 Extreme4.

What cooler do you plan to use? At this price range, there won't be a big different between OC potential of each boards, yet MSI Z87 G45 gaming yield a bit higher performance in techpowerup's test: http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/MSI/Z87-G45_GAMING/
