Hey im buying a new pc for grapics designing and game development and i found a decent Mobo and case that could cool the CPU at the best way possible. Now this is the mobo ASUS F1A55 R2.0, this is the fan (case already holds 2 of these but there is room for 1 more) Sharkoon System Fan S120 and atleast the case itself
Aerocool Qs-200. I hope i can fit all fans that are possible on the MOBO so the case is not left with empty holes and i get the best cooling.

Solution
Fans with 3pin connector can be plugged into 4pin headers on the board, but there won't be PWM support. Only fans with 4pin connector has that. That Sharkoon fan doesn't support PWM.

With this motherboard, you can connect to it 2 PWM-controlled case fan ( the 3rd 4pin header is for the CPU cooler's fan ). The rest have to be connected to your PSU.
Even if you motherboard run out of fan headers ( it has 2 if I'm not mistaken ), you can always connect those fans to the PSU directly, so don't worry about not having enough headers for your fans. Sharkoon System Fan S120 isn't PWM-controlled, therefor there won't be any different in performance between connecting that fan to your motherboard and your PSU.

Thanks m8 if id find good cheap PWM fans and still wanted to connect them to my MOBO is it possible to update this tread? Or do i need to start a new one. btw on Alternate site: http://www.alternate.nl/ASUS/ASUS+F1A55_R2.0/html/product/1024308/?tk=7&lk=4118 It says it has 3 PWN 4 pin slots and 1 3 pin for cpu. Now i never really trust websites since they try to promote everything. DO you know if this is true. I am thinking about to if this is true attach 3 PWM fans to the case and 1 non PWM to the PSU (The rear fan so no warm air gets clogged up).

I knew it was to good to be true. But i think im gona run the front and Back on PSU and the 2 side ones im gona search for PWM suported so i have a continous airflow going from front to back and extra cooling directly on the MOBO if the MOBO wants it. Thanks!
