Hi, I am 14, and I want to get into PC and off of console gaming. I don't have a lot of money, I live in Alaska so I will get my PFD soon, I estimated my share of my PFD to be around $450. Is there any pre-built computer, or one I need to build, for under this price?

I went to the partpicker.com and it said that the NZXT Source 210 (White) ATX Mid Tower Case does not have front panel USB 3.0 ports. is there any other case that I can use that does have the USB 3.0 ports on the front?

Not really for that cheap. The NZXT is a very good quality case. Just go with it. usb3.0 isn't a big deal and you will still have it on the motherboard USB ports.

All these computer parts look amazing, is the fan that comes with the CPU enough to cool it by itself? or should I spend a little extra to get another fan to make sure it stays cool? Also, should I invest to get a 100 gig SSD drive to put my operating system on? And should I get windows 8 or windows 7? sorry for all the question's I just want to make sure it is all perfect for my first computer build.

Ah, the old Windows 8 vs Windows 7. :D See, this is all about personal preference. Me, I prefer 7, just because I am so used to it, and are comfortable with what it can do. I personally do not like the tiles on Windows 8, and most users of 8 skip the tile layout and go to the desktop, which is basically like Windows 7. (There are a few icon changes and whatnot, but that's about it). And, Windows 7 has a little edge over 8, because it has been out for so long now and there are more programs that 7 supportes and 8 doesn't. :)
