Screw fell in between case and mobo but I think it's out now?

So one of the Mobo screws fell in between my motherboard and case. At first I thought it was stuck for a while but titled the case and heard it fall somehwere and I'm assuming it's not between the mobo anymore, I just haven't found it. I've turned the PC on and off multiple times since with no issue and even titled the case some more just to make sure it's not in there. I hear no rattling what so ever. Am I making a mistake? And if I do have to unmount the mobo, will just turning off the PSU and PC suffice or will I have to remove cables and GPU as well?

I drop screws in PCs all the time. Usually what happens is I take the doors off the case and try to shake them out and that usually gets the job done. I dropped a screw in a power supply one time (bottom mounted case) and I nearly had to pull the PSU apart to get the screw out. That was fun.

But really - there's not a lot to worry about, it won't short out your system or anything.

Is the PC running OK? Was the case open when all the tilting and shaking were going on that you just lost track of the screw? If everything is working and nothing is heard sliding or rattling around I say "If it ain't broke don't fix it".
