$600-$650 gaming build need help!

I need some advice for the pro's, now i want to make this fast, i want to build a tower, no OS needed, package including with intel i5 and gtx 760.

Madn3ss795 has a good build, but I'd recommend spending the extra $20-$30 on a 3570k instead and if you could, upgrading the mobo. If you really need it UNDER $650 with a 760, then his build is the best build.
