After disconnecting electricity for +1 min I can't boot my pc (It just doesn't start, no power) until I do a BIOS flashback. then it just boots without any problem. This is the 2nd time this is happening (first time it was because I disconnected power to put in a new video card). any ideas?

Motherboard: P8Z77-V LE
PSU: Corsair TX750

Coin batteries come in different sizes, and possibly different voltages. Compare the number (they have numbers stamped on the battery) on the bad battery with the number on the old laptop battery. They should be the same. If not get a new one.

i didnt quite got your problem, but why even disconnect power cord? connect it, do a bios flashback, and then just keep it connected.

you dont need to think about it that much, since disconnecting power cord is not something u need to be doing without a special reason.

The bios is maintained by onboard (on the motherboard) battery backup. It sounds like the batteries need to be replaced. usually a small coin type of battery. when you pull the power cord, the battery is supposed to manitain the bios. if the battery fails, no more bios, and you will have to reflash it. Sounds like what you have going on.
