a GTX 660 will probably be the best you can get for that kind of money. It is slightly slower than a Radeon 7870, while being more efficient and will give you all the goodies that Nvidia is offering such as Adaptive Vsync, TXAA, PhysX and Shadowplay (soon to be released), which all will enhance the gameplay experience and Shadowplay will let you record all your gameplay, with almost no performance hit at all. :)

You might want to think about increasing your budget. To play battlefield 4 well enough you would need to be looking at around the max of your current price range. The GeForce GTX 660 is around 180. Do not expect to be playing on ultra settings though. I would recommend saving your money though and getting something in the 230$ price range like the 7870 if you're going to be gaming on a budget.

Its a good find but do you think an i3-3220 is powerful enough to not bottle neck it?

Honestly none, Power color doesn't have the best reputation, I'd go for MSI or Sapphire.

While you are quite right I still think he should get it if not get a 660 but as the best card under 180 you can deny that 7870 would tear though some games he listed.

They're all PCi slot so they'll all fit, I can vouch for Sapphire, I have one and they have probably the best reputation for making good reliable Radeon cards, I wouldn't go with anything else but that's me.

The Sapphire card is 8.2 inches long, you'll need a 500w PSU and one 6 point connector which usually come with PSU's if you don't already have one.

Also get the OC edition, most 7850's can OC as standard anyway maybe even all of them, that'll be a nice bonus when you have a demanding game and you can clock to over a stock 7870.

That's what I'm on, if you were using a big 1080p screen I'd suggest 2GB on the VRAM is a good investment for future proof but on a 720p 1GB card is absolutely fine, especially if that's what you can afford budget wise.

Your good to go with these choices here.

Which one are you going for?

1GB of VRAM is fine for a 720p, 1080p Id say 2GB.

However its your budget, buy what you want if you can stretch but as a 720p Screen user with a 1GB HD 7850 I can confirm to you that 1GB is absolutely fine.
