Have a budget of $500 for a new PC after the processor from my old desktop fried. Will not be needing a hard drive since I will open my external hard drive I have gotten as my main drive and will not need a monitor or a cd drive either.
Will be needing an OS. Thanks.

Madn3ss795 - Nice selection. But didn't the OP say he didn't need a CD drive, that should get you under the $500 mark.
