Building a new PC, not sure which graphics card

So Im getting a new PC, its gonna have the i5-3570k or i5-4670k CPU, and Im not sure now which graphics card I should take.
I kinda find this one nice:

Now the only question, is she good?
Is there anything better in her price range?

It's a good grapichs card, probably one of the best in that price range.
but you can save a few bucks by getting a diffrent version of that card, may i suggest this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202025.

its a bit cheaper, and has a slightly higher core clock.

Or save money for a Sapphire HD 7950 Vapor-X.
