So I'm totally new to overclocking, and thought I would ask for advice on how exactly to overclock my CPU. I am looking for about 4GHz out of it (or whatever you guys recommend).
Here is my rig:
- AMD FX-8120 CPU (8x 3.10GHz/8MB L2 Cache)
- 8 GB [4 GB X2] DDR3-2133 Memory Module - Corsair Vengeance
- Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3
- NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680 - 2GB - EVGA SC Signature 2
- 750 Watt - Corsair CX750

In BIOs, I'm not sure what things to disable, like CPB and Cool n' Quiet, hence the reason I am here.
So, what do I do?
