Sapphire Trixx is showing 1% fan speed and 0 degrees Celsius no matter what for my Sapphire 7950 3L. How do I fix this?

Solution
Hmm strange. Definitely not normal, might be a manufacturing defect. This either happens when drivers aren't installed, or the card simply does not allow it through the bios. Try going into Catalyst control Center, and go to AMD Overdrive. Look at your clocks and fan speed. If there is nothing there, like the OCing software, then you'll have to try something else. The bios could be corrupt. The card should have a second bios on it. This switch should be located right next to the crossfire fingers, and should have a 1 and a 2 number sign. Try pushing the switch to the 2 sign (it takes a bit of force, be careful not to damage PCB), and only do this while the computer is off (It doesn't matter if you do it while on, you'll just need to...

This is weird, but the Fan Speed in MSI AB is actually grayed out...
