Hi all, I'm building my first pc ever, and kinda got this build together:

CPU:http://www.ditech.at/artikel/IC5357K/Prozessor_INTEL_Co...

GPU:http://www.ditech.at/artikel/GPA2G28/Grafikkarte_PCI-E_...

Motherboard:http://www.ditech.at/artikel/MAS919/Mainboard_S-1155_AS...

CPU cooler:http://www.ditech.at/artikel/CLCMHT4/Prozessorkuehler_C...

PSU:http://www.ditech.at/artikel/N55TT3/Netzteil_ATX_550_Wa...

SSD:http://www.ditech.at/artikel/H2D01KI/Solid_State_Drive_...

HDD:http://www.ditech.at/artikel/H3S10SE/Festplatte_35Zoll_...

Optical drive:http://www.ditech.at/artikel/DVRSS19/DVD-PlusR-PlusRW_S...

RAM:2xDR III Kingston 4GB 1600MHZ HyperX

Case:ThermalTake V4 Black Edition

So does it all fit together? Is the PSU too weak, too strong?
Any better options for this price range? Thanks in advance!

Yes .. everything it good and PSU is sufficient bt i would recommend to get a 650 Watt PSU for future upgradation.... Also the 4th Gen Intel Haswell processors are out so u may wanna check them out as well...

It looks decent, I'd suggest moving a few things around and then it would be a solid build. Thermaltake is not a vendor that is well known for producing quality power supplies.

Case: http://www.ditech.at/artikel/GMCO15/Gehaeuse_Miditower_...
PSU: http://www.ditech.at/artikel/N65CO6/Netzteil_ATX_650_Wa...
Motherboard: http://www.ditech.at/artikel/MAS405/Mainboard_S-1150_AS...
CPU: http://www.ditech.at/artikel/IC5467K/Prozessor_INTEL_Co...
Cooler: http://www.ditech.at/artikel/CLCMT3E/Prozessorkuehler_C...
SSD: http://www.ditech.at/artikel/H2D01OI/Solid_State_Drive_...

This will give you significantly faster system performance - new Haswell CPU, better SSD, and overclock friendly CPU.

That Corsair PSU is crap. Get Super Flower or seasonic.

Two better place where you buy parts.

or http://www.hardwareversand.de/439/PC-Components.search

and take this cooler: http://www.mindfactory.de/product_info.php/Thermalright...

this is cheaper SSD and you can buy bigger , it is better to have bigger. Smaller do get so easy full.

I think you can find intel 4670k and gigabyte x-d3h :)  And good memory like g.skill, corsair or crucial :)

BTW asrock H and B mobo can overclock the k CPU just like the Z mobo. if you want cheaprer build.
I think you are better with Z-87 like this: http://www.mindfactory.de/product_info.php/Gigabyte-Z87...

here is all how Id make it :)
