1st off, if you're not ever going to OC, than you don't need a K series CPU, and you also don't need such a good CPU cooler.
2nd, if ur only really gaming, you don't need more than an i5. i7's have hyper threading which is more for multi-threaded applications like photo/video editing software or VM's
3rd, you can prly save more in both the mobo and RAM dept (don't exceed 16GB RAM cause it's not needed)
4th, the GPU is overkill for that resolution.

you pretty much made a great computer, but you have no intention of unlocking or even using it's full potential. if you did get it, you shouldn't need to upgrade or replace it for more than 4 years, seriously, but that's only if you learn about OC'ing ur CPU and/or GPU down the road, cause...

If you are not going to overclock, then you don't need an overclockable CPU and motherboard. you can save some cash by cutting out the OC capabilities on the MB and CPU.

I don't see any incompatibilities, but that GPU is overkill for a 768p monitor. If you're planning on upgrading to a 1080 or higher setup in the future then the 770 is a good choice.
Only other thing i would recommend is try to stretch the budget a little and get an SSD for your OS and programs. Makes a significant difference.
