Definitely don't trust a refurbished water cooler, especially if the warranty only lasts 90 days. If you have a leak after a few months and a component breaks, it's got to come out of your pocket. Leaks are extremely rare, but the odds of it happening would be higher with a refurbished model. I would take the H100i any day.

Ok, if my budget allows for it I will get a more expensive cooler however I'm stuck between the DH14 and the Zalman CNPS12X.
Which one of these would be suggested for a FX 8350?
I here the DH14 is pretty good, but I don't like the fans, whereas the CNPS12X is also meant to be pretty good and looks sick; but it's meant to be pretty big which blocks off RAM slots and doesn't fit some motherboards. Would both of these fit the Sabertooth 990fx R2.0?
Which would be the better of the two and why?

The NH D-14 100 times over. Even though it's not the best looking cooler, it's tried and tested and is the best air cooler around. If your case has a window then you may want to change it to the Phanteks PH-TC134PE which is almost on a par, but is a little more expensive.

Make sure you go for the low profile version of the Corsair Vengeance, though, otherwise it will clash with either cooler.

Can I go both Low Profile and High Profile DIMMs? (Can I put two dual channel low profile DIMMs with a set of dual channel High Profile DIMMs)
Also I can't seem to find that Phanteks CPU cooler would you be able to link me to it?

No idea what cooler you want but there's plenty on Amazon.

I would stick to just LP as high dimms will obstruct the cooler, as it covers at least two slots.
