I can vouch for the VP450. Decent (not excellent, but it's cheap) PSU, especially for the price.

There's plenty of better (and/or cheaper) power supplies than the Corsair CX series.

Because you get the USB3.0 ( 1st one) and PSU bottom Mounted and also the cases have better air flow too.
