will a 600va ups be enough?

hey guys it may b a repeated question..but plz help

i m thinking of getting apc 600va ups..will it be able to to support my rig for enough time so i can shutdown my comp?
rig spec
i5 3570
a b75 mobo
2x4gb corsair vangence memory
1tb hard disc
cd/dvd drive
saphire hd7870 (normal)
aoc monitor (35watts at load)
corsair tx650

my rig doesnt seem to be a power hungry one..
so will the ups be enough?
totly broke..very limited budget :( :( :p
i think my rig would need arround 300W

Yes it is enough. That joules thing is nothing to do with the backup, it's a different thing altogether. If you are interested : Energy absorption/dissipation - This rating, given in joules, tells you how much energy the surge protector can absorb before it fails. A higher number indicates greater protection. So it is better to look for a protector that is at least rated at 200 to 400 joules, and you got that 200 joules.

Am I clear to you. Buy it without a worry.

yes i m buying apc 600va..
but what concerns me is its joule rating (200joules) which seems little low to me...
is it enough?
