Help me optimize my 6770!

CPU: Q6600 OC'd to 3GHZ (Have had this thing for over 6 years)
Mobo: Gigabyte G31M-S2L
RAM: 4 GB DDR2
Vid Card: Radeon 6770

Ok I know the system is dated and I'm sure the Video Card is heavily bottlenecked so which Mobo/Ram/CPU should I purchase that will both increase the performance and not destroy my wallet?

I like to game (League of Legends, World of Tanks, World of Warcraft, DCUO, and FFXIV) and would really like to start streaming if possible.

Thanks in advance for the help!

Don't worry, your system absolutely not bottlenecked..
Even if you upgrade your system to haswell, you'll just see a very little performance difference..

6770 is not very strong card, your Q6600 is still more than enough to feed data to your graphics card..

Would I notice an improvement in going from 4 gb to 8 gb of RAM?

EDIT: I am on Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit

You'll gain noticeable speed in loading progress if you add more ram..but it will not increase frame rate..

Well, the only thing that you should upgrade is your graphic card..
actually 6770 is a low end class right now..moving to 7770 or 650Ti will give you big frame rate boost..

Thanks so much for replying Quaddro, what about for streaming? Should I get more RAM + the new video card to make that possible?

Also my MOBO only says PCI 2.0. Won't that create a bottleneck with the 3.0 PCI Cards?
